YES we know where our meat comes from, we're passionate about it in fact!

The world of meat is huge and varied and we offer a bespoke service so that you can get exactly what you want.

We try and source our meat locally where possible and get full carcasses in so we can get our hands on any cut you fancy - sometimes ordering is useful so we can keep it to one side for you! 

We sell game when in season and we're happy to help with any unusual requests (Jamie loves a challenge)!

We make all of our sausages and burgers in the shop and without gluten and we even make our very own black pudding and haggis. We also do our own pancetta and beef dripping.
